Batch uses the information you share over text to understand your background and help with your requests. Our operators can read your conversations and maintain internal notes and context.

AI may assist with drafts, summaries, and finding relevant people. Limited conversation context may be processed by our AI provider. When you ask for help, an automated system may acknowledge your request and ask for details we need before a member of the Batch team reviews it. It does not make introductions, commitments, or decisions. People on the Batch team approve all other messages and make membership decisions.

We aim to share only the context needed to help. We ask before making introductions and before disclosing sensitive plans. Tell us what should stay between us.

To ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or stop hearing from Batch, text Batch. Website analytics count visits and text-link clicks; a click does not tell us whether you sent a message.
